Neighbourhood Gig + Downtown: Raw Canvas, Arts + Social showcases Casa Rosa & the finest Belgian brews

7:00pm – CLOSING

Three miracles happened within a one hour drive of each other in Belgium. In 1595, the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy began the evolution of one the worlds greatest beers, the majestic Rochefort. 267 years later, the most accessible of all the Trappist beers, Chimay, began their brew. Finally, just 50 years later in a gypsy campsite, the third miracle was born. The legendary Django Reinhardt began to deliver Belgian gypsy culture to the masses with his creation of gypsy jazz.

Instead of a time machine and a lot of money, we’re bringing you all three miracles in one night. Vancouver’s best gypsy swing band, Casa Rosa will play while you savour a Rochefort 10 or Chimay Premiére impeccably paired with a tasting plate consisting of exceptional charcuterie and artisan cheeses (including Chimay) and a Belgian chocolate surprise. Also included are samples of all of our Belgian beers on tap. Amen. Reservations strongly recommended.
