    First Ascent Gose
    ABV: 4.5 %
    IBU: 10

This kettle soured Wheat Ale is refreshingly thirst-quenching with notes of coriander and a pinch of salt. Highly carbonated, unfiltered, light in colour. Kettle soured, yet not aggressively sour. Tart with small amounts of salt and coriander added, makes for a very refreshing beer, with bright flavours and high attenuation.
