Oskar Blues Brewery

Longmont, Colorado

Founded as a brewpub by Dale Katechis in 1997, Oskar Blues Brewery launched the craft beer-in-a-can apocalypse in 2002 using a tabletop machine that sealed one can at a time. In 2008, the makers of the top-selling pale ale in ColoRADo, Dale’s Pale Ale, moved into a 35,000-square-foot facility in Longmont, ColoRADo. The brewery has since experienced explosive growth-from packaging 59,000 barrels of beer in 2011 to 149,000 barrels in 2014. In December 2012, Oskar Blues opened the doors to an expansion brewery in Brevard, North Carolina. Recently, Oskar Blues secured an additional 60,000 square feet at its Colorado location to expand its production footprint.

Dale’s Pale Ale is our defiant, proud, voluminously hopped mutha of a pale ale. If you’re looking for a fistful of flavor, look no further than this hopped-up trail ride. Dale’s Pale Ale is the beer that started it all.

    Guns ‘N’ Rosé
Rosé-style Ale brewed with Prickly Pear and Hibiscus
    ABV: 6 %
    IBU: 30

Guns ‘N’ Rosé is a crisp rosé-style ale brewed with prickly pear and hibiscus. Beer drinkers and wine drinkers – folks who have historically drawn territorial lines down the middle of liquor stores - will find common ground with Guns ‘N’ Rosé, shake hands, bump fists, and share a toast. Tart, sticky prickly pear and floral hibiscus band together with a subtle hop profile in this refreshing, spritz-y rose’ beer. Skip the fancy stemware.
