Acollab with our friends over at @virtuouspie, using their proprietary pizza flour in the kettle, which gives it the bright hazy profile. Generous additions of El Dorado hop were added in the dry op, giving it a citrus and pineapple aroma. There’s a slight bitterness that’s balanced by juicy sweetness due, in part, by the pizza flour.
