Belgian Wit yeast and a heavy dry hop dominate the profile of this brew. Balanced malt and minimal bitterness showcases Northwest hops and complex esters in a very drinkable package. Expect typical Belgian Wit esters and fruity, complex aromas.
Pours a hazy straw colour with a pillow white head. Aromas of fresh peaches and lemons on the nose, with crisp flavours of peaches, apricots and hints of bananas brought to life with a very active mouthfeel. Finishes refreshingly dry.
