  • VCBW will be taking place PNE Playland at 2901 E. Hastings in Vancouver, BC.

  • SATURDAY JUNE 20, 2026
    6:00PM - 11:00 PM

  • Tickets start at their lowest price and as they sell and as the event gets closer, ticket prices increase.

    There are two categories of tickets: GA and FAST PASS VIP

    GA tickets start at $55 and will eventually end up at their regular price of $95, before selling out.

    Fast Pass VIP tickets start at $100 and will eventually end up at their regular price of $140, before selling out. There are limited amount of Fast Passes Available.

  • Yep! We will be soaking up the rays of sun or frolicking within the drops of rain.

  • Each product is purchased at the event using the festival token. Tokens are digital and can be pre-purchased or purchased on your mobile phone at the event.

    Most, if not all beverage samples at Wine Vikings are about $4 (+tax) worth of tokens .

    Food is available for purchase on site using credit/debit cards.

  • Make sure you are on the Feaster list. This is where any and all of the above will be released. Sign up for the list on the VCBW website.

  • We do not have a different ticket available for DDs. We welcome designated drivers and have thus the ticket is now a-la-carte in that you are just purchasing admission and if you want to sample alcohol, you’d purchase tokens to do so. Purchasing a GA ticket also gives the DD access to many food items, the concerts, non-alc beverage samples and entertainment. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!

  • All tickets for this event are purchased through ticketleader.ca.

  • No. All tickets are 100% mobile!

  • VCBW tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable and thus can be given away to friends or sold on 3rd party sites. We do not hold any responsibility for tickets that are bought, sold, given away or received privately as there is no way to trace them to the new buyer.

  • If the event is postponed for any reason, tickets will not be refunded. All tickets will be valid for the next VCBW.

  • No, there is not.

  • Tickets are all mobile tickets. Tickets will be will issued 48-hours prior to the event, via email/inside your Ticketleader.ca account.

  • Yes. We use a 3rd party ticketing site and they don’t work for free. The fees have been negotiated for the benefit of our guests and continue to be minimal. Regarding tax, only GST is charged on tickets.

  • Parking lots are run by the PNE and thus still to be determined. But, it is a beer festival so please do not drive to the event.

  • Yes. If you require parking for the disabled, there will be spots onsite. There are ramps where needed for wheelchair and more gradual ups and downs where necessary.

  • Every single person attending has to be 19 years or older, with no exceptions. Proof of age is required to gain entry. So, you can bring your kids, as long as they are 19 years or older.

  • Sorry, no pets allowed.

  • As always, the PNE security team will be on hand making sure all runs safe and smoothly at VCBW.

    No backpacks will be allowed into the event.

  • Sorry but no outside food or drink is permitted to enter the premises.

    You may bring a refillable water bottle inside.

  • Safety is our primary priority and VCBW is committed to hosting a safe event. To help ensure we can move forward, VCBW will follow all local, provincial and federal mandatory requirements with respect to Covid restrictions. VCBW will not implement any additional restrictions. At the time of this being written, masks nor vaccine passports are not required and thus VCBW would not require them.
